Juicing recipes to help you Fasting

Homemade juices are great – they’ve got loads of living enzymes, minerals, and vitamins, which your body requires to maintain itself in perfect condition. Here are some recipes that you should definitely try including in your daily diet, which will boost your health while satisfying your taste buds immensely. Note that all juice recipes mentioned here must either be served fresh or refrigerated for no more than twelve hours to enjoy its benefits:

Vegetable Juice

  • Three kale leaves
  • Half a clove of garlic
  • One green pepper
  • Three stalks of celery
  • One red bell pepper
  • One bag of baby spinach
  • Three large tomatoes
  • One clean small-sized beet
  • Six medium-sized carrots
  • Chili pepper (optional)

You may also replace chili pepper with tobacco sauce to enhance its taste after processing it in the juicer.

  • One 1-inch piece of ginger, freshly peeled
  • One medium carrot
  • One medium apple
  • Three kale leaves
  • One peeled medium orange
  • One clean large beet, cut into small wedges

Green Power

  • One Granny Smith apple
  • One cucumber
  • One bunch of green apples
  • Three leaves of kale

Process in your juicer. Serve fresh.

  • One organic lemon (Retain the skin)
  • Half a small beet
  • Two celery sticks

  • One handful of parsley

Fruit Juice

  • Half a cup of cherries (pits must have been removed)
  • Two medium-sized pears
  • One medium-sized apple

Process this in your blender and strain the juice. You may add ice cubes or water to the juice to thin it out a bit after straining it.

Mid Morning Snack

  • Half of a lemon, no skin
  • Half of a peeled cucumber
  • Two stalks of celery
  • Half a pound of tart cherries (pits must be removed)
  • Half a cup of strawberries
  • One green apple

Cherries possess natural anti-inflammatory properties. The strawberries and apples balance the sour taste of the cherries with their sweet taste.
